Ordered this to replace the garish, dated gold hardware on the sliding door our contractor installed. The quality of the item, especially the wooden handle, feels very high. It was easy to replace the original handle, since there are two lengths of screws included. The handle comes with two keys, and the lock operates smoothly. I hwbe noticed some flex in the handle when in use, but it hasn't gotten worse in the two weeks we've had it mounted.
