The middle or second pair of j-slots did not align with the R630 standoffs, see photo. For now the workaround is to just install the server with the rails slightly bowed in the middle. However, this causes some drag, where the server does not slide as efficiently as one would like. In the end, the rails do the job despite the minor setback and it is too much of a hassle to return the product.
