- The default password combination is: 0-0-0.When unlocked, push the zipper pullers into the lock. Spin the dials to a random combination to lock it.

- After setting a new password combination, you can continue to use the bag normally. However, please remember your new password combination.
Resetting passwords [method of resetting forgotten passwords]
If you forget the password after using it for a period of time, or if you cannot open the combination lock for some reasons (e.g. the password is changed due to the vibration of the precision parts in the combination lock during transportation), you can reset the password by the following method:
- Firstly, place the side with the combination lock in bright light, or use your mobile phone’s flashlight or a common flashlight.
- place the combination lock horizontally, and shine it with bright light. Rotate the gears one by one until three holes appear at the same time. as shown,[The three holes should face the same direction.]
- Next, you only need to counterclockwise rotate two numbers from the three numbers (rotate them to the right), rotate each number twice, and stop after the secondrotation, and then press the unlock button. In this way, the password will be successfully reset.

This bag is wonderful! It has plenty of room, it's sturdy, it's strong. However, I did change the strap clip to a key ring style for added security.. I'm not comfortable with your regular carbiner on a strap for a bag.The lock worked fine the first time. I had difficulty getting it undone the second time. I've just opted for tsa locks instead.UPDATE After only ten days this, the bag fell apart

Haven’t tried it out yet but messing with it so far so good. Zipper could feel more durable, feels kinda cheap. It’s comfortable feeling, the functions are simple. Didn’t really need the instructions. Figured it out by playing with it. It’s a good size to travel with all the pockets

Not entirely as advertised. It appears to be a knockoff of what's pictured. Ours has a wrong name printed on it (Fahsion instead of Fashion) and doesn't come with instructions on how to change lock codes and the USB cord doesn't seem to work either. The problem for us, is my husband ordered this and didn't pay attention to anything until the night before our trip, so we had no choice but to take it with us.

I was so glad I bought this bag! I use it to carry all my urostomy supplies to use in case of emergency change needs. It carries a one week supply if I go on a short vacation. I can also stuff in there a battery for changing any item as there is a zippered pocket to carry assorted charging wires. I also carry a small, high powered flashlight. There is a pocket on back of bag that is big enough for my IPhone. It also has a small pocket on the strap the fit my earbuds. It will also locked the largest storage area for security. The color looks manly and I carry it every time I leave the house. It has made me feel confident to leave my house now, knowing I have everything I need!

Great for travel! Not terribly expensive but definitely holds up to bangs and bumps. Holds a fair amount of stuff but does not take up a lot of space. The lock works well, good enough to keep out the overly curious.
