I’ve been using the it for a few days now, and it’s been awesome for frozen margaritas, smoothies, and soft drinks. It chills fast without using ice, so everything comes out super smooth and flavorful—not watered down. I love how easy it is to use with the preset options, and cleanup is a breeze. It is pretty big so it’s not ideal for small servings, but for anyone who enjoys frozen drinks regularly, it’s totally worth the counter space.

Absolutely disappointed. This frozen drink maker looked like a party-starter, but ended up being the dud of the decade. The motor gave out halfway through blending our second round of margaritas, leaving behind noisy groans and half-crushed ice chunks the size of golf balls. Cleaning it was a nightmare—sticky slush got trapped in every crevice, and the lid leaked every time we poured. The instructions were useless, with no clue how much ice or liquid to use, and despite its bulky size, it delivered nothing but watered-down disappointment. Save your counter space and your sanity—this one’s going back.
