The machine would not turn on. I followed all of the instructions still no power. The machine design requires the auger to transport the mixture to the delivery port. Without the auger turning the mixture just stays settled at the bottom; this makes a big mess. The instructions give detailed assembly directions, but the machine was fully assembled out of the box, except for the handle and drink tray.

We’ve never had a slushie machine so I was excited to get this and give it a try. So far we have made slushies with lemonade, cola, and orange soda and each time it worked out great. I do think it worked better and more efficiently when we used the max liquid (48 oz) instead of less. It moved more smoothly and dispensed easier when at the max. The plastic auger might eventually be an issue, but for now seems to be working well. It also can be a bit difficult to get the slushie to come out of the dispenser towards the middle/end of dispensing the slush, but we made it work. The consistency of the slushie is perfect. No chunks of ice, just smooth and cold like the ones we get commercially. Next we plan to make some milkshakes from scratch and can’t wait to taste them! The price seems reasonable and I am very happy with this purchase.

A machine that makes frozen drinks and is very user friendly. Setup is really 123...comes with a user manual that is very easy to follow. The recipe book is so big and has so many tasty drinks. The options on this machine are quite plentiful. The ability to make smoothies, whether milkshake, red wine, cocktail or coffee is as simple as hitting a button. The recipes don't use a ton of ingredients. For example, for Easter we make mimosa coctail smoothies and they just needed orange juice and champagne. Most drinks take around an hour in the machine to mix. With the window, you can see the liquid freezing before your eyes. The machine is built solid and runs quietly and smoothly. Cleaning up was pretting easy. You can either take apart and clean or it can self-clean. I have done both and either way was more than adequate. The mimosas and carmel frappes were a hit with everyone. Perfect item if you are hosting or just want to make a special drink for the night!

I didn't realize how good this thing could be until I got it and started using it. I'm sure it's fine for margaritas and such but I don't really drink. However for regular slushies. It's amazing. Setup is easy. So is cleanup

The slushie machine is easy to use. I have used it twice now to test it out and have been impressed so far. It does make some noise but nothing super loud. The cleaning instructions are easy to follow and can be done with the machine together or by taking the pieces apart. It can hold up to 46 ounces of liquid so you can make enough for parties or group gatherings. It is a good value for the money.

This slushie machine feels like it's well built. Everything feels good and solid. It doesn't take up too much counter space, it's tall but slim. It has a child lock safety that comes on automatically so settings can't be changed while running until you unlock it. The 5 different presets make it easy to use (self-cleaning is the best). The machine is pretty quiet, you can hear it running but more of a background noise not at all obnoxious.Right after unboxing, we immediately cleaned, poured 16oz of non-alcoholic Mango Margarita mix into the machine... 18 minutes later we had the perfect consistency to a yummy slushie. We've been testing out different frozen drinks... so far everything has been yummy!So happy we got this machine... Houston summer will be a little more tolerable haha. The price and quality seems to be on par with the other popular brand.

I was highly skeptical of this item but I'm so glad I got it. The instructions are quite simple and straightforward, super easy to follow. After making a fruit slushie, I immediately moved onto chocolate milk and it tasted exactly like a fudge pop. The machine isn't super loud and fits perfectly on my kitchen countertop.The cleaning is also super easy too. There is literally a cleaning button on the machine, how easier can it get? This slushie maker is great and multi-purpose so I absolutly love it.

This slushie maker is absolutely amazing! The provided instructions make it incredibly easy to use. The condenser is efficient so the slush forms quickly.The full unit is tall but has a pretty small footprint so it will fit on most countertops. It runs fairly quietly too, you definitely know it is on but it isn't going to be a distraction. The slushies come out the perfect texture, just like the ones that you get from the industrial machines. The cleaning mode takes care of the leftover slush bits and the removable parts can then just be put in the dishwasher, super simple. I honestly love this thing and can't wait to try more slushie recipes! The current list price is $199.99 and it is absolutely worth it.
