i like the pattern and the fleece isn’t bad (feels like it might pill up pretty fast). the fabric does make me a bit warm when i’m carrying around my beardie. he weighs about 175 grams and is missing the tip of his tail. not sure this would fit a grown beardie with a full length tail. he seems super comfortable and loves to be carried around in it. i leave one snap open for his head. he wakes up and looks around when he feels like it.it’s a little challenging to get him in the pouch. i’ve found it’s easier to move him from my shoulder, once he has relaxed, then into the fully unsnapped pouch. i have to get him situated and snapped up pretty quickly or he starts climbing.one snap open is a pretty wide opening. if you have an energetic or determined lizard, they could crawl right out. mine has more than once.my beardie loves this. i think it could use improvements. for what i spent, it was not good quality or construction.what i didn’t like:1. i had to reinforce all the snaps because they just cut holes in the fleece and stuck them in with zero to hold them in place. snaps pulled through the fleece the second time i unsnapped it.2. the strap is semi-stupid, but i made it work. the clip and another piece were disassembled from the strap when it arrived. i must have spent an hour trying to figure out the right way to put it all back together. never got it really right, so i cannot speak to the locking stability of this strap. i had to rig it to get it to stay where i wanted. i don’t clip and unclip the latch, i just leave it clipped and lift it off over my head to put on and take off.3. this doesn’t stay up with my beardie on my shoulder. the pouch wants to slide down all the time. the only way i found to combat this was to tighten the strap as far as it would go, essentially right under my breast and rig it so it doesn’t move. this leaves about 2 feet of stupid excess strap hanging down my side. (i may cut the extra length off.) it still slides down a bit, but not as much.

Sling seems good for the money. Our dragon doesn’t like it, but that has nothing to do with the product.
