After a few days it wouldn’t power up.Once resolved, bad power cable, it’s difficult for me to use.When I bought it, the description said the PLUs were programmable using a computer. It even came with a disk with drivers. But it required the long outdated Windows 7. That’s frustrating because it’s one of the main reasons I chose this because of ease in programming PLU’sI don’t know how to program the PLUs.

Have tried to use it for the past few months since acquired and its only been a nightmare to try and use it. Better off using something different.

We received the cash register and put it in service. It worked great but after a week we started having an issue which turned out to be our mistake. We contacted customer service and they were wonderful in sending us a part that we lost or was missing and didn't realize. We now have the part and it's working great again. Wonderful customer service!
