I've now had this bag for five years and have been beating the snot out of it for most of that time. It can fit most carryout orders perfectly or with room to spare (for example the large McDonalds bags slide in perfectly as do many other restaurants with similar sizing). I've used it for bicycle delivery and now scooter delivery and the food is always a good temperature when I arrive, even as the weather gets chilly! Skip the off-brands, you get what you pay for.

This is a great product for delivering food. And also great to carry food in camping trips. This is a huge bag which can fit almost everything for a camping trip, including frozen items which will be fresh due to the insulated inside.It is easy to carry and also has a side pocket for drinks. It keeps the food warm with the insulated inside and the walls of the bag keeps the food sturdy so not much chances of spilling food.I recommed this to all the people.

I use this bag to carry orders for Postmates on my bike or moped. When it's great, it's great - keeps foods hot or cold, stable, with firm sides (and the option for soft, too) and it has many options for stabilization, like a chest and lower body strap. The back has breathable padding, which makes a big difference on hot days. The pockets are big enough to hold my power bank and Kryptonite chain lock.The only downside is that a lot of restaurants use takeout containers that are just slightly too big (styrofoam entree boxes barely fit) or that don't fit at all - the rigid plastic containers with black bottoms and clear lids from Cheesecake Factory, for example, do not fit at all.I'd buy it again, but be aware that not everything will fit in this size - it's very tall, but not very wide, so keep that in mind when you consider using this for on demand delivery services like Postmates, Caviar, Doordash.

The backpack definitely does the job. I'm little concerned about the straps but overall the bag is of good quality. It also came with side pockets which I use to hold my U locks. Very nice.Update:Bumped it to 5 stars.I work as a courier delivery food and I've had this bag for about 4 months now and it's still in good condition. Initially, I was a little concerned about the straps being too fragile but they've proven to be really durable. Good bag, good quality.
