Fine for water and probably frost, but will not touch ice.

This squeegee is the perfect size to clean the interior of your windshield. You don't even need soap, just wipe the inside of the windshield with a damp towel and use the squeegee to remove the excess water. The glass dries streak free and clean. I keep it in the glove box so it is always handy.

I bought this squeegee because so many others were out of stock. It does the job, and the silicone blade is firm yet flexible, but beware of the groove between the double blades - it collects and channels dirty water that drips everywhere. Be sure to keep plenty of paper towels handy.

Bought this after seeing a YouTube video on cleaning that film off of the inside of a car's windshield. The squeegee that was featured was a different brand and is no longer available on Amazon. I found this squeegee and determined it to be quite similar, so I bought it. It worked great. It was easy to use in those awkward places of the windshield and left nothing behind. No more glare from the sun that literally can blind you at the worst time. A wet soapy sponge and this squeegee will do the trick. Highly recommend.
