I've never ordered this pretty color b4 cuz of hesitation to keep it clean but there's good with it not all negative. 1st issue is the zipper. Its scratchy & stiff & should flow but I'm hoping over time & use it'll get better. 2nd is the hindrance to close it as I don't stuff it (couldn't anyway) & i keep downsizing as much as I can so hopefully it'll soften up with use. 3rd is the straps they don't fold down but aren't too much of a hindrance I can deal with it but just needed to be pointed out. 4th it was folded without any stuffing to keep it's shape so the bottom is pushed in a little but hopefully it'll mold it's way out. Now for the positive where it's a very pretty purse. The cross body strap is ssssooo pretty. The clasps that hook it to the purse are so classy looking & a rare type of hook kinda a small oblong oval shaped shiny gold hook. The strap is silky but not flimsy it appears well made & the purse isn't heavy so it'll hold good. I didn't hook the matching coin purse to the outside cuz that's not a good idea for me so I hooked a purse ornament of an angel I have on a gold type chain (ironic isn't it it matches perfect) & the hook on the end of the chain fits perfect. All in all it's a nice purse. Came pretty fast it's just the zipper issue. So I really hope it'll rectify itself quickly. I'm not gonna return it cuz it's really pretty. It's made well not flimsy & so far the lining is great. Just like the picture. When you order sight unseen you chance it. I found a little bigger one like this a little bit different I'll probably order & have this as a backup & it's like it's given me a preview of this color & style. But with the issues which aren't huge i do recommend it. Now after a day of having it the cute coin purse zipper catches bad. My suggestion use different zippers. With them being rough & scratchy (as so to speak) they catch. I rectified the main top zipper as I said & the back zipper is good no issues there & the inside one is really good but sadly the coin purse zipper catches & isn't usable safely. Sad cuz it's cute. Update:: Here's what I did to help & rectify the top zipper issue. I took a brown (color matches perfect with a gold color hook) wristlet (& it's thick & solid not flimsy) & attached it to the end of the pull tab on the zipper & it pulls & slides without catching & the purse isn't stuffed which you can't cuz this purse isn't wide. Problem solved. Just an FYI for ppl
