A piece of junk. It only works with weight at the center. This will not support weight at the edges such as a cup holder with its circular base at the edges of the plastic discs since all the weight is near the edge. The dual discs will not spin freely of each other since the weight of the cup holder at the edge of the plastic disc will bend the upper plastic disc downward at the edges thus causing the center to bow upwards just enough to lose contact with the ball bearings. If the plastic was acrylic or made of a sturdy (non flexible material), the plates would spin properly with weight at every end of the device. (See photos provided).REMEDY: As stated earlier, simply affix adhesive felt pads on the lower disc facing your counter BUT THESE MUST BE MOUNTED TOWARDS THE MIDDLE NOT THE EDGES in order to offset the bowing of the upper disc. Now you can add weight along the edges of the upper disc such as the cup holder in the photo.SUMMARY: The manufacturer should not expect the customer to resolve their design flaws as I did with felt adhesive pads. I cannot recommend this product as a result of poor design.

I purchased this to display a collectable statue on and it works perfectly. The ball bearing mechanism allows for smooth rotation without much resistance. Unlike a previous turntable I purchased and returned immediately, this one is perfectly flat on both sides and sits flush on my shelf while also allowing for the statue's flat bottom base to sit on top steadily and without any wobble. Very happy with it.

I bought this to use for my large plant pot & it worked out great. The pot was to large (10 inch) & heavy to rotate but with this lazy susan it's a breeze. It's heavy duty & spins beautifully. I'll be ordering more when it comes time to transplant my plants into bigger pots. It's perfect.
