Love this so much! Great for the price! It fits nicely and comfortable. It has an app on the phone where it will show you steps and bp and oxygen and your sleep patterns. Battery life is good, can charge the ring it self and it charging box too

Have been wearing this for a little over a week. I like that it’s a ring instead of a watch because I don’t like to wear my watch when I sleep. This tracks my sleep, weight and other helpful features. It was easy to set up the app. Very comfortable to wear.
