It took four weeks to receive the item.When it finally arrived, I was very excited to try it out, as it is super small -- small enough that I can practice in the car, using headphones, and not disturb anyone else, but while the sound is surprisingly good in both electric and acoustic modes, when I press on a string, in the middle of the fret, sometimes a sound is played and sometimes not. Disappointing; would not expect such poor performance for something at this price. There is a possibility that the one I received was defective, as people who bought the seven scale version seem pretty happy with it.So now that I am trying to return the product, the message I received is that the seller will send me a return label within five days. Not what I would expect from Amazon or any other seller. Now I have to keep going back to my email to find the label. Lastly, the return window is only 14 days, not the normal Amazon 30-day window.
