Step 1: You need to download the "ECTRI" app on your phone
Step 2: Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on, then go to "ECTRI" and click Add Device
Step 3: When the Bluetooth pairing request pop-up window appears, select "Pair"

The app that goes with the ring is almost useless. Ring doesn’t stay connected to app all the time and I can’t register with the app because it won’t send codes to my email so can sign up. Most likely I will be sending it back.
