It’s very comfortable to wear and doesn’t feel bulky at all. I haven’t tried it during weight training yet, but I don’t think it will be an issue. The best part is that it shows your sleep quality — it’s nice to know how much of your sleep was deep sleep. It also naturally encourages you to stay physically active. I think it looks quite stylish, too. I tried wearing it on my index finger, but I found it most comfortable on my middle finger. I wear it while showering, doing the dishes, and washing my hands — I haven’t had any problems at all.

Was a mother's day gift. It works great. Step reading appears to be more accurate than a smart watch. Same with the sleep monitor. I have heart issues and I feel comfortable being able to check different aspects of my heart and oxygen levels when not feeling myself. It is extremely light weight so I forget I am wearing it. Have already recommended it to family & friends. Battery life way better than a smart watch

The remote camera control feature is a fantastic bonus that I wasn't expecting. It's so convenient to snap pictures without needing to search for my phone. Plus, the IP68 waterproof rating means I never have to worry about taking it off when washing my hands or during a workout.
