Bought the watch cause my I watch broke , wanted to be alerted of phone calls & mostly txts ! But txt notifications won’t connect & work @ all no matter what we try . I have an I phone 14 so not too old but txt messages will not come thru ! So I will prob be sending it back 😔

This is a great watch. The app works great that you have to download. It is easy to set up and comes with a dedicated charger. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge and it comes already charged to 75 or 80% so that you can wear it right out of the box. It's a pretty nice watch and compared to the other ones I've bought off of here I really think it's going to hold up

This was my niece birthday's gift ,she's in love with it .The features are amazing, Bluetooth calling, heart rate & sleep monitoring, answer/reject calls .Absolutely no regrets purchasing it.

Received this watch but do not know how to charge it. I've plugged the charger in but the other side of the cord evidently is magnetic and will not stay on the back side of the watch. Any suggestions? Or can you tell me how you are charging it...am I doing this correctly?

I've been using the D16 smartwatch for a couple of weeks and I'm pleasantly surprised. The screen is easy to read, even in direct sunlight, and the battery lasts several days with moderate use. It accurately tracks steps, heart rate, and sleep. Pairing it with my phone was simple through the app. It's also comfortable to wear and has a sleek design. I recommend it if you're looking for an affordable but functional smartwatch for everyday use.

While using this watch, I've noticed it does a lot of things that my other watch doesn't do. For example, my other watch would not connect to my phone for calling or texting or any of those things. The only thing that I have found that I did not like is it does not like to show all the messages that come through. Another thing I didn't like is when I wore the watch for the first 24 hours, one of the bands that held the extra strap snapped on it while I was sleeping.
