I ordered this product in August of 2024. It was decent while it lasted. Yet it stopped working in early February of 2025. I contacted the seller to see if there was an option to troubleshoot or replace the heating mechanism, yet did not receive a response. I would not recommend this product if you're hoping for it to last more than 6 months.

Après avoir reçu un premier item dont le moteur s’éteignait après seulement 5 minutes …la compagnie m’a rapidement répondu et envoyé un autre pour changer celui qui était défectueux en quelques jours! Nous profitons maintenant de ce super petit sauna. Il s’utilise très facilement, est assez chaud et se range facilement. On verra si il tient dans le temps mais pour le moment c est juste parfait!

Easy setup. It takes about 15 minutes to heat up, then you can get a good sweat going. A folded towel on the seat helps to keep it from feeling too hot. I've used it several times without issue.

This is a great little home spa. Takes it quite a few minutes to get heated up. I usually will put my time on 60 and then just subtract off the 10 minutes or so ever how long it takes to get it heated up really good.Don't touch the hose or the pot inside with bare hands they get really hot. The chair is really tiny but I make do even though I got a big butt. Maybe I can make my butt shrink to fit the chair.Well worth the money easy to use does pull a lot of juice just beware.

I enjoyed the sauna for a couple of months but around the 10th month or so the steamer started smoking. I had read previous reviews of the steamer having the power source burn out but decided to purchase it anyways. Sure enough I started doing the same. I contacted the seller as it states it has a one year warranty they asked me to send them pictures and video. I was in constant communication with someone named Jen who helped me through the whole process after they received the pictures and videos they process my request and sent me a new steamer along with a surprise Christmas gift. They were really helpful if you do it try to contact them make sure you check your spam folder cuz sometimes email services will tag their incoming messages as spam

Tried it for the first time today and I am absolutely in love with this hut! I didn’t use the chair but used a waterproof cushion instead to kind of have more of a meditation type experience. I did forget to put the pad in the bottom and found out after that it is a must (the floor got a bit wet, no biggie tho).After I was done I felt amazing and relaxed!Folding it up is another story 😂 watch a YouTube video if need be, I had to

The tent started ripping 15 days after the warranty,, poor quality and can’t do nothing about it now.. no response from them at all , very horrible customer service

For 14 years, I have used a steam sauna at a spa. It recently broke down and the spa decided to discontinue offering the service. I don't have a lot of space at home and have been looking at this for over 6 months. I finally decided, what the heck and purchased. Very easy set up, very easy take down and great alternative if you love steam saunas and need something small and storable. This steam tank is great, heats up in 10 min, by 15 min, the tent is full of steam. Everyone is different so the only catch is, head in, head out, hands in, hands out, sit down, stand up, etc.... I am trying the sit down and may purchase a different tent later. For now, this is clearing my sinuses and making my skin super soft. I have only used a week, so I don't know if it holds up, but for now..... 100%.

What a great purchase!! Besides the mothball smell when you originally open the "tent" I call it, it's a fantastic product. Heats quickly (careful of steam burns) and fits perfectly well in my dining room! Seals well, not much room for me at 6', but enough, and stays hot too! Would recommend to anyone! Update. I've had the sauna almost 2 years, and It still works like it's brand new. Storage was easy and setting back up just a breeze.

This little thing is amazing! I purchased it a little over a week ago and have been in love ever since. It set up in seconds (like a pop up tent) and the directions were easy to follow (actually don’t need them - it was that easy). I bought this to alleviate pain associated with Hashimoto’s and Lyme disease. This “hot box” (what we refer to it at our house) leeches the toxins out. I usually do a 30 minute session and I am dripping. I am not a big sweater, so this is huge for me. In typical saunas, I get lightheaded quickly. Not with this guy. I wear either a stocking cap or my shower cap while sitting in it to make it look even more ridiculous (just kidding - it makes you sweat more). I also take 2 activated charcoal pills about 30 minutes before hoping in to help all the bad stuff bind together and exit my body.After I am done, I immediately hop in the shower to rinse all the crud away. The pad on the bottom is removable and can be washed (gently).I unplug it after every session, just to be safe.It is not hot to the touch (inside or out) where you’d burn yourself.I am 5’10” with a 34” inseam and my knees brush the front, but not enough to bother me.I have already recommended this gem to so many people. It’s completely worth your money!
