I was excited to try these Smartwool socks, but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to expectations. While they’re pricey, I didn’t mind paying for quality, but the biggest issue is that they constantly slip off my heel while wearing shoes. It's frustrating because I really wanted to like them, but the fit just doesn’t stay in place.

Great socks that hugs the feet and provides a comfortable feeling while walking. I just wish the big toe area wouldn’t thin out so quickly.

Bought these for a "frostbite" series of races. Amazing! They are very soft, very comfortable, and my feet were toasty throughout the 3 miles. Better than the double layers of regular socks I usually wear. A bit pricey, but worth it!

These are the only socks I use for running in wet or cold (below 20). I have raynauds, so I struggle with circulation and numbness in the cold- but I don’t have issues with these socks. Super comfortable, no blisters, moisture wicking, and keep my feet warm!!!

These are the price they are for a reason. This is the epitome of "you get what you pay for". If you are a runner, no matter your size, big, small, whatever, these socks are amazing. They give my feet support even when my running shoes do not - they are worn out and old. I can tell the difference these socks have made. At first, I could only afford to get one pair. So I got them, wore them on a morning run in the mountains, and was amazed when I took my shoes and socks off, how much better my feet felt from the day before (my run without the socks). I thought maybe it was a fluke or it was just me wanting the socks to be great because I thought they were such an extravagant purchase, but no. I wore them the next day and the next day (yes they smelled terrible) on my morning runs and my feet have felt better than they have in years. Let me tell you, I am not a small person. I have gained weight since having my babies and have had a really hard time getting back in to running because of the pain in my feet (I'm sure caused by the extra weight I'm carrying). But not now. Not with these socks. It's hilarious that a pair of socks has given me back the opportunity to do something that I love so much. Will I buy another pair. Yes. Because I can't keep wearing the same pair everyday. My husband will leave me. :)
