After beating out stores left and right, I'm sold on this vacuum-packed filler! Super easy for kids to haul to art class. The quality is fantastic—no shedding when unwrapping and bounces right back after crumpling. This is truly a must-have magic tool for crafting-challenged people like me when wrapping gifts! Hands-down the most cost-effective decor I've ever bought. I've decided to keep buying it for future gift-wrapping!

This black crinkle paper arrived in a vacuum-sealed package that was about the dimensions of a legal sheet of paper, but about 3/4" thick. Once the outer sealed package was opened and air rushed in, the inner plastic package of the crinkle paper itself could be removed. Comparing it to other black crinkle paper we had on hand, this is a little less black, more of a blue-black or deep gray black. By itself it looks "black" but only shows it's a little less than full black when compared to another next to it, so it will be "good enough" for most people. The filling itself fluffed up fine and filled out a good area, so this will be great for gift bags and the like.
