I got these for my youth soccer team practice. The poles were the main piece I wanted to encourage dribbling around obstacles. They were easy to put together and take down and the heavy base kept them upright most of the time. We tried out the agility ladder too, which was decent. I appreciate the carrying case it came with, that was useful.

The set overall is good for training. There is very little instructions, so it is good that I've assembled a couple things before. Actually everything was very intuitive, so more detailed assembly instructions would have been silly. It took a while to get the ladder training piece mostly evenly divided, and as soon as my daughters started doing step drills they caught a latter rung and drug it out of position.The bases for the flags are stinky when you first open them, but they acknowledge that fact and recommend leaving them somewhere ventilated for a while. It is good advice. There is a bag for carrying the set, but it's not super fast to screw all the pieces together, so if you're taking this to the field I would recommend planning on keeping the poles together and carrying them separately from the bag.The quality is fine, but for the price, I'm not sure the value is exactly great. It is fine, but for the cost it seems a bit difficult to use in the real world. For keeping at the house, this will be great for us.

These agility poles were given to my SIL who is a HS soccer coach and PE teacher. His take is these are better for youth level and fall short just a bit for HS level. Here's what he had to say:The agility ladder is standard and works well, while the training poles are decent. I do wish they were a bit taller, but they’re a great fit for younger kids. One of the best features is that the poles are safe for use on turf fields. Poles are sturdy and the glossy bases have a good weight to keep them upright. It also comes with flags that have a sleeve to slip over the pole plus a clip to secure the flag on the pole. The poles attach by screwing together which holds nicely and makes it easy to break down for storage. The bag included is nice and sturdy enough for the weight of the bases. I just wish it had a smaller pocket for the clips and stakes. The agility ladder comes with 4 tiny stakes to attach it to the ground. They'll be adequate if someone doesn't trip on a rung and pull the ladder forward.
