They work but are quite large for small spices. They are hard to close and seal.

We are using these for our business to hold dried fruit and they are holding up pretty well. We are using a piece of burlap to give it more of a confident close just to be sure it doesn’t open but the burlap adds a cute flare look so I don’t mind. I do wish they had some sort of official “closure or snap” like in a grocery store.
