I ordered this for Christmas 2023 and it turned out amazing! This was my first time flocking on my own and I decided to do it on a real tree. I definitely do not regret it. It looked so real! I got so many compliments. It did take a couple of days and 2 layers/coats and I regret doing it inside on a tarp because the cleanup was awful. I recommend doing it in the garage or even in the yard. The ground is going to get wet and the flock will stick to anything wet. But the way I applied it was very random. I would spray a section with a spray bottle and get it as wet as possible, then I would take the flock and sprinkle it with my hand in that area. After that I would just throw it in, and make sure you get it from the bottom too. I know realistically, you wouldn’t see it stuck to the bottoms but trust me, it will look better. In order to get the chunks, you have to use quite a bit. I used almost the whole bag. It was a fun project but a lot of work so I don’t think I’ll be doing it every year.

Have used it for the last 2 years. I flocked my Christmas tree this year and it came out ok. I should have wet the tree when it was fully open instead I wet the tree when it was rolled up it gave the tree a nice frost tip and I didn't have to worry about the cats getting sick.

The product was applied out-of-doors and the directions were followed. The desired effect was “blizzard” and used almost 2.5 lbs. on an 8 foot real tree. I tried the product on both real and artificial. The real tree seems to adhere better. But, one thing I did not consider is the dust. So, if you, or pets have breathing issues I would not recommend. The cleanup time spent on the product dropping off the tree is ongoing. The amounts of particle stirred up into the environment has been prodigious. Ran 3 air purifiers and filters full; daily vacuum and dusting as well as HVAC filter change due to dust particles. My pet has increased cough and I will probably have to remove this tree. It gives the desired effect, but please take into consideration what is being introduced into your environment.

This might be the worst purchase I ever made on Amazon. The good:Pretty straight forward to apply, I highly reccomend an electronic spray bottle or else your hand will be tired.Once applied, your tree looks great. The bad:Once it is dry, any movement of a branch causes the powder to shake off and go in the air.I was constantly cleaning the floor from flock and it was a nightmare bringing the tree down post Christmas as the powder was all over the area and air. I could only hope that this stuff is non toxic because it went everywhere! It's not worth it. I would never buy this again

I followed the directions, sprayed water on the branches then sprayed water after application. Although I love how my tree looks, because of my dogs brushing past it, I’m constantly cleaning it off the floor. To me, it’s pretty enough to deal with the mess but my husband doesn’t want me to use it next year. But it is beautiful for sure.

I decided to save a few bucks and get this slightly cheaper brand of flock. What a mistake! Even after we thought it was dry the flock is so lose it makes a mess any time anyone touches it! It blows like dust all the time and we have flocked a tree before so we know how to do it. Never again will we buy this brand. It's been a nightmare!

We moved from California to Ohio and apparently tree farms don’t offer flocking Here happy we found this easy to apply.
