Clears the snow, but does tend to clog when the snow is wet. Comes with a stick to break the snow jam out of the chute.

Dies after less than 10 minutes, clogs easily, and the batteries take three hours to recharge. I’ve gone out three times today and my driveway is still only half done.Easily the most poorly designed and poorly performing piece of equipment I've ever used.

The handle is simply flimsy, weak, and will break within a season of use. $750 wasted. I have no idea who engineered this thing, but the second I saw the handle was locked in place by a single bolt, and that the handle tubes don't insert into one another, but rather are bent into a semi circle to fit around the handle beneath it... I rolled my eyes, knew this thing wasn't going to last, but decided to try it out anyway. Here's the issue. If you have more than a few inches of snow, you'll need to push the snow blower forcefully in order to get through the snow. Most other snow blowers have sturdy handles, especially if they are push blowers which require human force behind the handle to get it going. The wheels on this unit are a joke (basically toy car plastic wheels), and instantly get stuck in place within a few minutes of being in the snow. So you only get forward motion by pushing against the handles with enough force to overcome the weight of the snow, and the locked up wheels. After a season, the handle had bent at the retention bolt and now is essentially a loose hinge, which means the blower is now USELESS.In short, the engineers who designed this had every reason to make an extremely robust handle. Unfortunately, they went one to produce the FLIMSIEST handle imaginable for this sort of tool. Pathetic. Do yourself a favor and get another snow blower from literally any other company.

We had a big storm right before Christmas. Not a ton of snow but major wind and drifting. This blower was great. We have a medium size driveway and it cleared it with plenty of battery to spare. It is quiet and no gas, no oil and no cord! Love it!

It works well if you don't expect it to perform like a "real" snow blower. We live in the north east and used in the couple big storms so far this year. Run time is about 25 minutes in dry snow about 18" deep. Same run time in wet snow, but I had to knock it down to less than 12" deep with the shovel first. Our driveway is about 20'x20' and I can clear it twice on a full charge. It throws the snow about 10' (further for dry, shorter for wet). The auger is metal with a rubber edge. Check all the bolts frequently. We had one come loose and I had to get creative repairing the auger. Use stainless steel hardware and locking nuts if you have to replace anything.Pretty much all other components are made of plastic. Everything has held up well except the plastic blade for scraping the ground broke off when I hit a spot that was packed pretty hard. The batteries are sturdy and charge decently fast with the included charger. They have a USB C PD port built in. It will push 20v at about 65w.Bought it on sale over the summer and am overall satisfied with the purchase. I would not pay full price for this. At ~ $600 I would buy a small gas powered snow blower.

My husband and I purchased this blower so our neighbors could help us clear the snow off our turn about driveway and side walk.Great tool for clearing your driveway and side walk.I replaced my old gas blower with this new battery blower. I made a very good choice. I purchased the insurance also. The blower will on be used during the short winter months so it is worth the insurance being added to my purchase.

Ordered 24V-X2-SB22 in September on sale. Came with batteries and charger. Stored unopened in box until today. Pulled the batteries and charger and plugged them in. My son and his friend put this together easily by looking at the box - without instructions! They grabbed the batteries and went to work. Handled 5 inches of medium wet snow. Cleared the driveway with no issues. They did not mess with the snow plowed mound.Update 12/01/22: Third decent snow of the year. Worked well for the first 2 snows., but batteries life is limited with heavy/wettish snow - runs out in about 35 minutes, which was not enough for the back yard patio and front driveway. When I was on the second run today, the machine would start intermittently and run only about 2-3 seconds before stopping if it started at all. Batteries are fully charged. Sometimes the headlights come on and sometimes not. I think it has an electrical problem. Pulling batteries and discharging capacitor did not help. Have it in the garage warming up to see if that could be the reason, but it is just 32deg F outside.... Will be calling for possible replacement after a little more trouble shooting.Update 12/22/22: Snow blower worked fine after warming up in the garage. However, now one of the batteries is now dead. It will not charge and shows no LED lights for charge level. The blower will not run on just one battery - cuts off in a few seconds. Other battery appears to be fully charged.Update 01/23/23: Changed rating from 4 to 5 due to great support. Although out of the Amazon return window, the blower was covered by Snow Joe's warranty. No single battery replacements were available, so Snow Joe said I could return the first snow blower for replacement. They sent a return shipping label. Be sure to save the original box just in case! We received a new unit and it works perfectly! Awesome customer service. Thanks, Snow Joe!
