過去包丁やナイフを30本以上所有している刃物収集癖のある私が最もおすすめするコスパ最強の包丁です。トマトも汁が漏れずに薄切りできるし、ギコギコしないでも肉が切れる2万円の高級包丁より箱だしの切れ味が高くストレスの少ない料理が可能。グリップも買うまでは半信半疑でダサいかなと思っていたが歯の部分とのデザインもあっていて、グリップ感も取り回ししやすい。ここまでコスパの良い包丁を見たことがありません。

much more sturdy and dependable than it seems at first sight, very good and durable sharpening. hounours the japanese tradition on lames. the sheat could be better. cut the belt loop out if you intend to use it for camp kitchen work, and it will become perfect

切れ味は評判通り。グリップも、見た目以上に持ちやすいです。ただ、グリップの溝に入り込んだ水分がなかなか乾燥しないのが玉にきずでしょうか。ユニフレームの牛刀と迷われている方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、ユニフレームの先が尖った形状にも少し不安があったので、こちらを購入しました。こちらの方が若干小ぶりで、家庭用の包丁と同じようなサイズで使いやすく、無駄に大きくない大きさと形状で、正に万能包丁です。ケースがやや大げさですが、その分安心感はありますね。正に一生もののアウトドア包丁です。これがあると、次は出刃がほしくなりますね。
