This is a nice little sifter. It looks good sitting there with my baking stuff and is easy to clean. It is very sturdily built and I expect it will last for many years. I would recommend this to anyone who bakes a lot.

I'm an older person so I've used my original sifter for decades. It just finally got so beat up that I stopped using it. Tried doing the strainer sifting but product goes everywhere! Bought this, nice price, and really impressed. It's sturdy but sifts pretty easily. What surprised me was that it has 2 screens! Double sifting! A feature my old one certainly didn't have!Good buy for sure!

Stupidly, I gave my daughter my high quality sifter. Now I’m volunteering to cook for a family in my building who are stressed from their healthcare jobs and have two small children. The sifter does not have enough capacity.

The look was very classy and the way the sifter worked when pressing the handle ticked all my boxes This is not a flimsey item but quite sturdy at the same time being light

It's a sifter. I'm not a professional baker, just a rank amateur

This sifter is alright. It does the job, but it is a little more cumbersome than other sifters and needs a lower volume to work properly. 1/4 seems to get the best performance; anything else gets a little stuck.

I got it to be used for flour and it does not work well for the flour but it is amazing for powdered sugar its very easy to use and not to hard to wash but it still let some clumps through with my flour

The sifter is easy to use. Definitely makes a difference in baking. My only issue is that it is hard to clean.

This has a nice handle. It gives some resistance when I squeeze and doesn’t whirl around like a fan. It does a proper sifting job, with much less hand fatigue. Most importantly it does NOT squeak!I have some heirloom family recipes, which call for sifted flour. I couldn’t find one of these tools irl, so I thought it was just an old-time tool from my grandma’s kitchen they didn’t make anymore.I tried to use a strainer and a spoon instead. That was futile. I tried to make one recipe without sifting. I don’t know how to describe the results of that project. Like baked flour mud? They are serious when they say sift dry ingredients. You can not replicate this with a dusting from a spoon, I tried that too.
