Definitely will help to improve their game. My Granddaughter plays for the school socker team. She loves it & her team mates also love it. Her game has gotten much better since she practices with the trainer. It has given her more confindence with her game. A very good investment just because of her confindence, not counting how it has helped her game.

This is a pretty neat training set.I really like the durability of the bar to hang the ball from.It is made really well and I like the telescoping capability of it which makes for easy storage, whether you leave it on a wall or detach it.The ball that comes with it is pretty nice too.This really helps a lot with heading training and kicking the ball while it's up high in the air.I love it.

This was surprisingly easy to set up once we found a place that it would stay. The pole expands out similar to a tripod which gives you the ability to fold it back down when not in use. Since this needs to be screwed in and will likely be something you aren't moving around too often it is nice that you can fold it up so you won't run into. The soccer ball is easy to inflate and comes with a pump if you need one. It has a fabric hook on it so you can hang the ball easily from the cord. Since it has this you probably won't want to use it to kick around. So far it has worked and everything has stayed secure allowing for easy practice at home.

Easy to install but must stay in that place as it does get screwed in. My 7 year old has a blast with it and he is able to practice rain or shine since it is indoors. I have more that one child so i have to get more to fit their height.
