I was really just looking for a fan to circulate the air in the hallway, but I also needed it to have a light. I had no idea they made these things! This little fan/light is terrific. I have the light blades folded up (no extension) and a the lowest setting, this little fan moves a lot of air! If you don’t want to use the remote control, just put it on the settings you want and you can flip the light switch on and off to cycle through light only/fan only/light and fan. I am truly pleased with this impulse purchase.

Been searching for a socket fan that I actually like, and this wasn't one of them. I couldn't get the remote to work well enough and I didn't like the setting options. Won't be keeping this one.

This ceiling fan with light is both stylish and functional. The fan operates very quietly and efficiently, which is especially great for cooling during the summer. This light appears fairly well built, it comes with the fan blades disconnected in the box and the petals all folded in. Installing the blades was as simple as slipping them into the slots and I found the petals put out the most even light at just slightly up from perpendicular though you can adjust each petal independently to get the light into every corner that you need it in.Tested it with a Kill-A-Watt and found that the fan pulls 1.7 Watts on the lowest setting and 7.6 Watts on the highest. The cold and warm LEDs each pull between 2.1 Watts on the lowest setting and 12.2 Watts on the highest. Running both cold and warm LEDs together for uses 3.8 Watts on the lowest setting and 22.9 Watts on the highest suggesting that both LED types are being used at full power at the same time and it really does get nice and bright without being glaring.Just make sure when you install this that it's high enough to stay out of the way. The blades aren't too painful to an adult but I could see them snagging hair or hurting a child's fingers if they got too close. The fan is more than powerful enough that even from an 8 foot ceiling I typically keep the fan on low unless I've just come in from outside and need a quick chill.

The lights are bright and the fan runs well. I was concerned that the fan wouldn't be able to blow too much air, but for the size it performed surprisingly well in my garage! Recommend this product.
