This is a purchase that I definitely do not regret making! The price was a great selling point. It’s trial and error getting the right amount of fizz for your personal taste. Sometimes the carbonation doesn’t seem to last, I’m not sure if that’s a lid seal issue maybe? The variety of syrups is extremely nice! It’s quick and easy to make. The carb and calorie content of the syrups is so much less than regular pop.

Easily make sparking water at home to save money on cans from the store. I go through two or three bottles a day. Helps me drink more water and less soda.

Most certainly all I'd hoped for!! Have wanted something like this for a long time, it's so stupid to pay for ANY kind of bottled water, as far as I'm concerned!! The store bought stuff is so OVERfizzy one can barely tolerate it -- not sure what 's done to it?? Realized that I was n't getting enough H2O during the recent month -long heatwave here & this has done the trick! Go ahead and get extra bottles, a bottle brush, flavorings if you like. Especially if youlive with someone who gets cold sores, you 'll want to color -code.

I don't have many vices in life, but I do enjoy my 1 Pepsi each day. I've been struggling with health issues and was wanting to find a better way to hydrate. I get really bad heartburn and nausea when I drink water. It's rather weird I know, but my body after my surgeries has become extremely sensitive. So I thought I'd give this a try especially with Prime Days discount cutting the price in half.I'm so thankful that I did! I'm able to put less syrup in, 3/4 of the cap seems to be perfect along with 7 pumps of fizzes. I'm able to drink more fluids now because of this. I did try the flavors that came with the machine. They don't have any sugar in them, just a flavor adding. It's not my favorite, but if you like flavored water then you'll enjoy it. I want to get a few more bottles and flavors as now my family wants to drink them now to lol. Oh, also I'm no longer drinking a none reusable bottle everyday. Which is a plus to also limiting my sugar intake. Maybe I'll try one of the less sugary substitutes to! The possibilities are endless!! Oh, just make sure when you put your syrup in to pour it in with your bottle slightly angled, like you would with a beer. No messes here! I watched some videos where that was an issue for people.

I can't help but think of the money I would have saved hadI bought this a long time ago. It's amazing! I love Diet Dr Pepper. The Diet Dr Pete tastes almost exactly the same, maybe a little more vanilla which I like. At up to $2.50 per 20 Oz bottle, 1-1 1/bottles per day, I was spending way too much. Within 5 minutes of setting Sodastream up, I had made 3 liters of Diet Dr Pete from tap water! No electricity, just pump CO2 in, add flavor, and enjoy. This will pay for itself very quickly and cut way down on plastic waste!

So far so good…definite learning curve to figure out how much co2 to pump into each bottle but overall machine works well and got it for a great price on sale ($85)

Wasn’t sure at first. The product in the prepackaged version is not that good.HOWEVER, carbonating your own drinks and flavoring them is GREAT.They say not to carbonate flavored drinks. Only carbonate water and add flavoring after. To prevent the nozzle from getting clogged, true this can happen. Especially with sugary beverages. I don’t use sugar and haven’t had any trouble. Also I pop the bottle at least once. A quick pop of the “carbonation button”, cleans any liquid that maybe in the nozzle after carbonizing my drink. (Like a spray paint can nozzle). The small amount of gas isn’t too much to pay to avoid a clogged nozzle. Especially if you use real juice to flavor like freshly squeezed pomegranate juice!!I always leave the lever out, ready for the next bottle, this locks the button out so accidental leakage doesn’t occur. The unit has functioned perfectly since I got it. But all my cuboards are too low to fit it under. It is 17” tall. You will need , for fingers, at least 18”+ clearance.

We received this item back in October 2022 and the first CO2 canister lasted two months. I'd say on average we were purchasing about 24-36 seltzers per week. Each CO2 canister is meant to make about 176 1-liter seltzers (about 2.5 12 oz seltzers each liter). This bundle comes with 3 liter containers, 2 CO2 canisters, the soda stream, and two flavors. The flavors go rather quickly but you can easily alternatively use lemon/lime juice. Also, each liter takes about 7-8 pushes of the CO2 canister which is more than estimated on the description. The only downfall is once you make the liter you'll need to drink it as you make it, it can not be stored in the fridge it'll lose it's carbonation.
