I bought this mug as a gift for a friend, but the engraved mug I received is far from the nicely appearing ones presented on the web page.The engraving is shrunken, barely readable, and off-center. Very ugly!I wrote a message to the seller directly on its page reporting the issue and got no return.And the return of the product is not allowed on the Amazon page!!!I will have to trash it!
