I had never used one of these before and bought it for my wife. The connection to the water line was simple. The unit seems well made and so far has been very reliable. If you think about the fact that your usage of toilet paper is reduced to almost nil, you might even argue that this would pay for itself in a couple years. Definitely recommended.

I have always wanted a Bidet but my husband kept saying no, until I finally convinced him and now he says why I listened to him lolIt feels so nice to sit on a warm toilet specially here in Alaska even during summer the toilet felt super cold. Of course I like all of the other features as well.

Easy to install and feels great! This spoils me!

While installing this was a really big hassle because I've never done it before, the rewards I'm reaping from it definitely outweigh it.The myriad of functions and the "ohhh" moment you have when you first turn it on was definitely an experience for sure.Use as intended, then a single wipe to make sure we're fully clean.I may never use toilet paper again. (lol)

I ordered this after seeing an episode of South Park that talked about the benefits of bidets. The product showed up intact with packaging that protected everything. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bidet comes with a power cord instead of a battery, which would be great!....if the cord were long enough. None of the toilets in my home have an electric outlet right next the toilet, and alas, the cord was too short to reach any of the outlets bathroom. I did plug in the product to see if all the other features worked, and they did. I feel like ours cannot be the only home that doesn't have a socket within 18 inches of the toilets.Actually, we do have one bathroom where the power cord reaches an outlet: our kids' bathroom. They are 4 and 6 and not quite ready for a bidet.I would have loved to have used this thing. If the manufacturer can make a longer power cord, this will be a real winner.

I like this bidet because it has all the major features I wanted at a value price. I can say the only downfall was I had to hire an Electrician to install a GFI outlet near the commode and I had to hire a plumber to switch out the plumber Grade valve on the waterline to the commode. It was a good investment in my house. However, I hope I’m not putting the cart before the horse; I have only been using the Comfybidet for a month. Overall, I feel it was a great investment!
