Junk! I didn't want to have to put my fingers on it to get the liquid out. I don't have time to return it, but if I did, I would return it in a skinny minute!

I can't say how useful this item is for runner as you couldn't pay me enough to run!For walking, a great idea. Carrying empty bottles, just takes up space. When this is finished, just roll up and put in pocket. Also handy when you stop at a cafe, can top it up without having to take the purchased bottle with you. It's a great space saver.Flying - You can't take a drink through security, but you can take this through empty and then fill for free at the water station. Who doesn't love something for free at an airport (they charge for everything else!).The bottle it robust and leak proof. I like the drinking method as easier to use when walking - won't spill it all down my front.

I’ve been wanting to carry a more substantial drink—high-carb/electrolyte mix—for my longer runs, but I absolutely hate putting flavoured drinks in my hydration bladder. It leaves a lingering taste for hours, and when all I want is plain water, it’s unbearable. I used to carry a handheld bottle for my electrolyte or carb mix, but once empty, I was either stuck holding it or left with that awful half-full sloshing sound—so irritating! Carrying a bigger pack to stash it in wasn’t ideal either.Enter the soft flask—I’m absolutely thrilled! It collapses as you drink, and you can squeeze out all the air, so there’s no sloshing, even with a small amount of liquid left. Once empty, it packs away neatly, taking up hardly any space. Brilliant! I tested it with plain water and even gave it a few firm squeezes—absolutely no leaks.I’m quite fussy about bite valves, but this one passed with flying colours. No need to pull up to open it—just a light bite, and water flows easily. I haven’t decided whether to keep the cap on the valve or cut the loop off, as it slows me down slightly, but I can see why some might prefer it. Cleaning seems straightforward, and I imagine the bite valve could be replaced if needed—I’ll have to check for compatibility with other brands. The material feels thick and sturdy, not easily punctured, though I’d still be mindful of where I stash it. Typically, it’ll sit in the upper chest pocket of a running vest. Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with this flask and can’t wait to use it on my longer runs!

This is an excellent TPU hydration flask. I really like the bite valve, it allows liquid to be consumed at a good rate yet does not leak when not in use, I had a previous hydration flask and the valve on this seems much more reliable. It has a useful cap to keep the valve clean when not in use. There is no noticeable bad smell from the flask. I find this flask very useful to carry water in a pocket or running vest as it is much less bulky than a regular water bottle.

I got these to try as an option for survival and emergency kits. I have 3 in total, 2 blue and 1 green, all 500ml. They have exceeded my expectations. They are well built and surprisingly durable. They can handle a pretty hard squeeze. I haven't had any holes or leaks and the bite valves seal well, thought a little stiff to bite. They aren't excessively stiff or hard though. At only 500ml they don't have a huge capacity, but my idea for my survival and emergency kits was to add one of these for a more durable and easier option to drink from, along with having one or two 1 liter Whirl-Pak bags for the extra water storage capacity. Which has worked out great so far. Plus these little things roll up pretty small and take up very little space when empty. An extra ability that they have, which is awesome, is that they actually work with my water filter. The threading isn't an exact match, but they still thread together easily and seal perfectly. Or you can just remove the bite valve and attach the rubber hose that comes with most filters. So now I can also use these as a small gravity bag or squeeze bag for my filter. That was a really awesome discovery that just makes these so much more useful. Overall I have been more than happy with these hydration flask. They have so many great uses and I'm very glad I decided to try them. I would highly recommend them.

This Soft Flask is a fantastic companion for anyone who loves running, hiking, or cycling. Made from TPU, it's lightweight and collapsible, disappearing into your hydration vest or pack when not in use.The foldable design also means it conforms to your body as you move, minimizing bounce and keeping you comfortable. Filling and refilling is a breeze, and the secure closure prevents leaks.I especially appreciate the soft material - it's easy to squeeze for a quick drink on the go, even during intense activity. This Soft Flask is a great choice for staying hydrated without feeling weighed down.I have to add. Its rather small. I know it clearly says 500 ml. I guess I just failed to realize that is 1/2 a liter. If youre thirsty its will fit the need but youre not going hiking with just this for example. Great little bottle though.

I really like having just a single cup of water with me all the time and when it’s gone it doesn’t take space or weight. I also like the clip, which appeared cheap but has lasted well. The cap is good quality, doesn’t leak, and is easily workable to get water. The taste is not good. It’s been cleaned several times and the plastic taste lasts. Not a deal breaker, as I have yet to find a better product, but it is still a negative.

Works as well as other soft flasks that I have paid twice as much for. The lid doesn't get quite as snug as I had hoped, so I've had it drip on me.

So I have been wanting to carry a more robust drink- high carb/electrolyte mix for my longer runs but I despise putting flavored stuff in my hydration bladder because then I will have flavored stuff for hours to drink and then it gets nasty tasting when all I want is pure water. I used to carry a hand held too for the electrolyte or carb mix but then once it is empty you are still left holding an empty (or sloshing half full- ugh so annoying to hear that sloshing sound) bottle in your hand or carry a bigger pack to stash it in. Both no good. Now enter the soft flask. I am SO excited.....It collapses as you drink, you can suck out all the air so no sloshing even with a small amount of fluid left. Once collapsed it stashes in your pack SOOOO much easier with little room taken up. Heck yeah. I tested it out with plain water and even squeezed it several times- absolutely NO leaking. Testing the bite valve (I am very particular on my bite valve preferences) and it passed the test. I didn't have to pull up to open the valve, just bite lightly and it releases water. I haven't decided whether I will keep the cap on the valve or just cut the loop off as that will slow me down and its just a bit annoying but I can see how it could be preferred. It appears pretty easy to clean and I could see replacing the bite valve at some point after too many "bites". I will have to see if it is compatible with other brands. The skin is relatively thick and sturdy feeling. Not easily poked through though you would still want to be conscientious of where you stash it to make sure it isn't against something pokey. Usually you stash it in your upper breast pocket of a running vest. I am VERY pleased with the flask and look forward to using it for my longer runs.

I really like this hydration flask and find myself bringing it with me to most outdoor events I go too. It's small size and loop make it easy to clip to my belt or belt loop. The 500ml is great too as it is about the same size as the conventional plastic water bottle. I think the biggest advantages of the the soft flash style is its weight and size. When the bottle is empty, it rolls up easily and can fit into on of my pockets. Without water, it is so light, that I forget I am carrying it.Important about the bite valve!: This hydration flask uses a bite valve to restrict water flow. This valve prevents water from leaving unless there is a biting pressure applied to the mouthpiece. The instruction say that you can then push/pull the mouthpiece to restrict or allow water flow respectively. I do not believe these instructions to be correct. When pulling the mouthpiece with your teeth, the entire mouthpiece comes off. I have found that the valve provide flow just from biting, no pushing/pulling required. Since the valve restricts the water flow slightly, I have also found it easier to drink from when squeezing the flask.Besides that one note, the hydration flask has worked great for me!
