Use
This bag comes empty, but can be filled with various weighted objects, such as sand or gravel, to provide stability when painting in windy outdoor conditions. Photographers can also use it as a counterweight when working with a heavy camera or lens combination.
Convenience
Working with a tripod field easel does not give you a lot of area to lay out supplies when working. Having a stone bag attached to your tripod allows you to store and access additional supplies you may need with ease.
Material
The durable bag is made of a PVC-Coated polyester material which is easy to clean and folds up easily which adds very little weight to the supplies you carry into the field.

The Heipi tripod does not have a standard hook to add weight so this is perfect workaround. quick velcro tabs.. appears to be well made and should last for a long time with periodic use... wish it was a bit lighter but security more important than weight for me.

Love my multi-function caddy. I am using the caddy to hold the Jakery 3000 Power Station. It can handle the weight well. Setting up is super easy with velcro straps. The bag will travel along with my tripod from now on.

used to steady3 tri-pods while video taping an outdoor concert. Just used a heavy brick in each. Could music and clothing ruffling in the breeze but the picture was clear and steady.

Nice bag for adding stability to your tripod. Holds a gallon jug of water nicely, which would weigh 8 lbs and makes for a much more stable platform. I suggest an 8-10 lbs max weight which should be plenty sufficient. Bag folds well when closing the tripod without having to make any extra adjustments. Makes for a nice shelf to place extras such as lens covers, remote, flash or whatever when shooting.Inner side of cloth is rubber vinyl coated for wiping clean if needed. Straps hold and adjust well.The red trim matches well with my Manfrotto 502AH fluid head as well!Good purchase I would not want to be without. Shipping was quicker than I expected.

I use this to hold my tripod down on the passenger seat floor if my truck. I do a lot of interviews when driving. I purchased a new truck and was trying to figure out how to set up the tripod. This was perfect. I made a couple sand bags with my vac sealer. It holds the 15lbs I have in it. Tripod is rock solid. I do have a safety line from the seat to the tripod in case of a quick stop.
