Thick fabric with reflective metal embellishments sewn throughout the black and white patterned checks. The fabric is a blend of rayon and cotton, the pajama bottoms are 100% cotton. I was surprised by the weight of the fabric and after washing, the Kurta was soft and comfortable to wear, I did not feel any discomfort from the metal embellishments, I honestly didn't notice they were there until I saw them glint in the light.I realize this is meant to be worn by a man, and I bought it for my husband, but I liked it so much, I decided to try it on. Even though the size is an XL, it did not feel overly large on me, it is very comfortable and can be dressed up, belted, or worn loose and down for casual dress. I liked pairing it with the pajama bottoms for a look that is different from what I typically wear, but I liked the look and the comfort cannot be over stated.Though the original use is for my husband, I enjoyed wearing the Kurta so much, I plan on keeping it for myself.

I’m really happy with this Sojanya kurta set. The cotton rayon fabric feels comfortable and breathable, perfect for warm weather. I am a fan of wearing the kurta garment design as a casual type of clothing that I wear around town. The Sojanya brand has created many eye-catching kurtas, and they have likewise never let me down with a purchase.As with most types of fashionable garments, sometimes one particular design really stands out in a way, that will lead to it being worn more often than similar types.That is exactly what has happened with this black and white checkered pattern kurta from the Sojanya brand. This is a thicker style Kurta, however that does not mean it can't be worn is hotter weather because it can. This seems like it is meant for casual wear, because it has neat looking sequined speres on it, which match up with the circles within the squares of the checker patterns that covers the whole garment. The sequins are not something i would want to wear while sleeping, because they would naturally be at risk for falling off. I say that because a kurta is often titled as sleepwear. This checkered variation seems like it is meant to be on display in a social setting.The rayon style cotton blend is what makes this embroidered material sturdy and the most comfortable of the different types this brand has to offer. I keep choosing this brand because they always impress me and never seem to design the same sort of thing.The rayon and cotton bland allow for an extra level of flexibility.I like the way the sequined spheres within the main checkered pattern stand out within the box shapes.Often in older films, you will see a person having help getting into something like this, due to it being entered from the top down. That is why the material of this checkered Sojanya brand kurta is so significant. It can bend out more without warping/stretching so it's easy to enter into then remove.I am super excited about this and recommend it.
