Two of the cameras don't work at all very complicated the manual gives you different models and you have to figure it out.. do not like it at all! Definitely not made for women,in mind!

Camera died less than 60 days and doesn't work at all. I was informed I had to send the whole system back even though it was only one camera bad. This was for a client that is now upset and will go up to 30 days without protection because of the policies instead of replacing a camera. Now I have to work for free and uninstall then re install the same product. I may as well just get a refund and purchase a different product elsewhere. I never have had issues with this system. I have installed at least 100 of them and within the last 30 days two have given me issues. Yet each I'm supposed to return the whole thing over 1 camera.Edit: So Amazon staff isn't very nice to companies apparently. I got a hold of the vendor and explained the issue. The vendor requested to assist me in trouble shooting it. I explained I do this for a living that I have tried every single option available. It was then the vendor said send a video of me attempting to get it to power up and if it didn't they would send me a replacement. So I did as said it came in really quick. My clients didn't have to lose security on the rest of the property and I didn't have to triple work. Thanks a lot for standing behind your products. It's why I recommend OOSSXX security systems. The PTZ cameras are great for what they do. But the distance from the camera and the dvr is way less than their other cameras. Also on the solar cameras be sure to charge them first before you install them. It will save a lot of headaches.

I worked at least 5-10 hours on these cameras to set them up . The manual was not included . When you call for tech support you do it by email and they are not responsive!I sent them back because if in the future I would need help they wouldn’t be there for me.

This is so easy to install and they connect to the DVR right away. The video is good quality and even has night vision. You can use the DVR on a Smart tv or monitor to see the cameras but you also have the option to use the app to have it on your phone everywhere you go. I had a small issue and customer service from the seller was great on solve it.

Easy easy to install and set up. Really like the alarm function to scare away the porch pirates. Excellent sound in camera quality not sure about the speaker have not had to talk to anyone through the camera

Cameras are nice, but the overall system and app are a disaster to use. Hard to pair to the main recording device. Would not buy again

I actually enjoy this camera system. I am a first-time homeowner and I have the cameras installed around the house. I can actually see everything that is going on and don't miss a thing. The camera views are awesome as well as the night vision when it kicks in. The only issue I have is the trees in my yard that block the sun from reaching the cameras, but I have a backup plan in place for that. Overall, I really enjoy the features of this system and can review footage from the previous days. I had one camera to stop working completely and not sure what caused that to happen. I reached out to the company, and they are sending me a replacement camera. As time goes by in the near future, I may add additional cameras as needed when the time comes
