The fountain of water isn't strong like the photo shows. It barely shoots up. For the most part it just bubbles. I've tried different attachments that it came with, same issue. I would not suggest this item. I wish I could have returned it but I think it's too late.I bought it because it had the bumpers that could be used for the birds but they don't even go near it. We have several other floating solar fountains and the hummingbirds love them. Not this one.

Will not operate when it’s cloudy or shaded at all, it literally needs the sun to make the motor run there is no battery’s

Don't waste your money. This worked for 4 days...That's it, full birdbath, full sun...NOTHING. It was cure the few days it did work.

You get what you pay for. Instructions for assembling was a little vague. No words, just pictures that were not very clear. When or if the fountain worked the water sprout was ok. Nothing impressive. Had to refill the birdbath daily because the fountain didn’t circulate the water back into the basin. I’ve had this fountain since April and now it doesn’t work at all.This is a waste of money.

This would be a good buy for a large pool of water or an anchored fountain in a pool, but it shoots the water up too high and the bucket I have it in in my garden empties out because the water shoots over the side. I expected a nice burbling little fountain, not a geyser!

My old one stopped and I'm so glad I purchased this one as it is a upgrade on every level. My old one would not stay in the center and on hot days would stop because there wasn't enough for it to flow through because of it. This one came with 3 of the levelers to keep it balanced and prevents it from getting cornered. I also was amazed when it worked instantly as I was placing it in the fountain. I took pictures 30 seconds after placing it in the fountain. This was late afternoon and the water fountain surprisingly was able to get the water out so high! I can't wait to watch it work in direct sunlight. Quality and workmanship of this product is really good!
