This little solar operated fan went beyond my expectations.When I received it, the fan blade part was loosened (very likely from the long transit) and detached from the base and the fan didn't work. A screwdriver and a little bit of tampering fixed the problem right away.I wanted this fan for my southwest facing room where my house plants were kind of suffocating in the afternoon glaring sun in the So Cal summer days. I only needed something to "stir the air" there in the afternoon. And this little saviour is doing the job right. It starts turn on itself from around noon when the cloudy morning sky clears up and stops around 6PM everyday when the sun hides behind the neighboring building. A Good Item at an amazing price.

I found this fan to be poor quality. It is not as good as the review stated. The solar panel is flimsy and had scratches on. It expensive and the price does not reflect its design or quality. It state BRAND DOACT solar powered propagator fan. But on the boxed it says USB mini fan. SANHUAI A18. This is not what is what is advertised on Amazon
