These lights only worked ONCE! Then they would not stay on. Battery was fully charged, but still not working. Waste of time and money for these things. DO NOT BUY!

I haven't actually used them yet however upon charging them I did notice them working,has different modes to change from. My intentions is to hang them in my backyard canopy tent

These lights are NOT bright, put they are perfect lighting for my covered patio! As mentioned in many other reviews-untangling them will take some patience, but once done they are super easy to hang. I didn’t use the tip of the bulbs to hang them, I used a staple gun and insulted staples as to not damage the cord. There is an extra bulb included, but I have not needed to use it because all the bulbs lit up beautifully. The remote works fine, but I rarely use it since all the lights come on automatically around 8:25 PM (in CA). No problems with the solar panel. One thing buyers should know, is when you first install these lights you MUST let the panel charge. If you attempt to “check” the lights during the day they will blink on for about 2 seconds and go off. Please dont think the lights are inoperable. Just put the solar panel in the sun, let it charge and when the sun sets, that is when you can check them and choose your setting. It has rained a couple of days since putting up the lights and the durable solar panel is still working great! These lights continue to come on every night and they stay on all night! They automatically shut off as the sun rises. I’m very happy with this purchase!

These are very easy to set up.Hardest part was unraveling the lights, so I probably wouldn’t go beyond this length.Incorporated them with 7 inch plant hangers so that the bulbs are not against the fence.These can only be turned on at night, or you would have to cover the solar panel if you want to turn them on during the day.The USB charging feature is awesome. You can take apart the tension knob, careful you don’t drop the washer/nut and remove the solar panel to bring it inside to charge via USB.I used 10 plant hangers spaced about three feet apart and ran out of hangers. Probably could have used another four plant hangers.These are awesome!!!

Nice lights but wish you could turn lights on before dark there is no option to do this unless you cover the solar panel and I’m extremely disappointed because it has to be dark before they turn on.I like mine on before dusk or on if it’s cloudy.
