I like the functions of this light in general. I like the different modes, including different brightness and color settings. I also like that I can control it with a remote. The whole "lamp" shape at the top is the light, so there are no lightbulbs to replace. Which also means long term that if the light burns out the entire lamp will need to be replaced. Not good or bad, but good to keep in mind. The size is on the small size, but it fits quite well on the table by my chair. It was super easy to put together out of the box, and it doesn't tip at all.My only real complaint is that you really can't count on the solar panels to power the light unless you have it in a place in direct sunlight for multiple hours a day, and even then I would be doubtful. Plus, it's pretty difficult to find such a place indoors, even harder one that happens to be exactly where you'd want a table lamp. My lamp worked when I first put it together, and I used it for a few hours and turned it off (it still had battery). A few days later after not using it at all, I tried to turn it on but the battery was empty. Not only had the solar panels not recharged it at all, but it had slowly been draining battery the entire time. Essentially, if you get this light you should expect to need to recharge it with the usb-c power cord included, and not count on the solar panels. I don't think they're broken, I just think they need strong light to function correctly. 4 stars because the solar panels are one of the big draws to this lamp, and they're unrealistic to function correctly in a normal indoor setting.

Nice little solar lamp. Won't easily tip over. It is cordless with a couple of ways of using it and charging it. It looks nice as well wherever you choose to put it. Personally, I thought it would be nice during a camping trip with the family when we are all out at night around the table playing board games. Instead of the lamp we hang up that used propane pretty quickly I think it would be a great alternative to that and other similar situations. I am using it right now for some extra light in my living room. I have it sitting up on my fireplace. It looks nice there with the sleek black. I don't have to go anywhere near it because there is a remote control you can use to change it to what you want as well as turn it on and off. Except when you need to charge it of course. If you have it when you are outside though you can use the sun to charge it naturally, hence it being a solar lamp. That is pretty neat. You just turn the solar aspect of it on via a switch on the bottom of the lamp. But like it says it also comes with a USB cord to charge it if you don't want to use the solar aspect of it. I noticed two other switches on the bottom of the lamp as well. Comes with a manual to explain everything pretty clearly. Another neat feature is the large selection of different colors. As well as a few dimmable options. More for kids I think but can be fun for adults too. It isn't a large lamp but good enough to sit in the middle of the table of approx. five people and give plenty of light for everyone to see. I think for such a small lamp shade it gives a lot of light. The listing mentions that it has an adjustable height. It can be either 10 in. or 16. inch. Mine is 16 inches. I really like it. I can think of many other situations I could use it for. I might get another to put next to my bed in my bedroom. It is brighter than the lamp I have there now.
