This game was very easy to assemble and solder. The quality is pretty decent. The buttons all worked except one. It is also very loud.

Soldering the kit was fun. It works as expected. One of the row on dot matrix LED display is not working which seems to be a problem other people have also reported. The games are still playable, though.

I've purchased dozens of these kits ranging from easy like this one to surface mounted micro SMDs. Assembly took about 20 minutes and initial testing was not successful. Do make sure the Chip is seated perfectly as if it's not 100% seated, the game will glitch and not work. Aside from that, I had fun assembling it and the games aren't bad at all! The sound is what brings the rating down a bit as it needs to be shut off immediately regardless:/

One Led matrix has bad row of pixels. Makes it hard to play Tetris

Good project for showing kiddos how to slow down and concentrate, even if they don’t do all the work. They had fun playing too!
