I am guessing these are not what is intended. Some are a little too small, others too thin & flimsy.

I recently purchased some 20 oz cups from Amazon which had a larger opening than my previous cups, and so didn't fit the lids I had. I found another lid and asked questions whether people thought they would fit, but I didn't get any definitive answers. So I tried asking what the diameter of those lids were, and got no answers at all. I searched Amazon for other lids and found these, which were very reasonably priced at $8.99 for 100. The description listed the diameter of the lids. I measured my cups and they were a match. I ordered the lids, and they fit perfectly. I'm very glad I didn't have to buy more cups I didn't need yet. Seem like great lids but they are too big for the cost co red solo cups. I purchased them based on reviews that they would fit cost co cups. Unable to return.

Lids were to big for the cups that I had ordered before.I would like to know if there are cups that do fit these lids. If so, I would like to know. I have not been able to find them.

Works great for my purposes. I make smoothies most weekday mornings for my husband to take to work to drink for breakfast. After a couple of very messy spillage accidents in the car during commuting to work, I looked for a solution. I got these to use with those 16 oz. red plastic Solo cups I buy from Costco. When I first tried to put one on the cup, I thought that it was too small because it didn't slip on instantly, but after figuring out that they are designed to fit snugly over the top lip of the cups, I worked with it a little more and voila, I found that it actually fit very well and securely. Now that I know how to do it (using both hands instead of one), I can honestly report that I'm extremely pleased with these lids and that they have prevented any more spilling in the car. He sticks a straw into the lid when he's ready to drink his smoothie.

I purchased these for a party I was having and it was the best idea! Having a bunch of kids running around my house with drink made me nervous. These worked out perfectly. I thought these were a pretty fair price for how many kids you were getting. These will not fit any other brand that Solo. I didn't realize I had another brand of cup and has to return them for Solo cups.
