I bought a Sony Replacement Projector Lamp which is very fragile and cost me more than $700. The employee has put the small box with the Replacement lamp inside a larger one. He (the employee ) should put some paper or some bubbles to secure the small box so this one can not move when people will deliver it to me. It is sad. People should pay attention when they pack such a delicate item. I certainly won't do any business with this type of company.
