I have a lot of VHS tapes and my VCR was broken. This one is the same make and model as the one I had and works perfectly, very pleased with the unit however the universal remote supplied, not so good! It does turn the unit off and on, play, stop, fast forward and rewind however it will not let me access the menu so I can choose options, I sure wish a remote that truly controls this unit was supplied.

Every thing works great with this product, but they sent me the wrong remote. It doesn't work at all. It is a remote for a regular TV. It has no Fast forward or Reverse. I have to do that all by hand with the unit. It is a hassel.

couldn't adjust the tracking to get any kind of picture. the one I was trying to replace work better
