Touch pad stopped working only one month into my purchase. Sony is very devious knowing that they only have the serial number on the original packaging and nowhere else on the headphones so you can’t even exchange through them. I was very excited about getting these after hearing and seeing all the reviews but it has been a horrible experience with these faulty headphones and low quality app you have to download to pair. And the seller won’t even accept my return back because they have a sell by date. This has all been a horrible experience.

I’ve tried so many headaches homes to find the perfect ones and these are it.NOISE CANCELLATION: Their noise cancellation feature is actual magic I can barely hear the noise of the world, which is crucial as an autistic person. There’s a button on the left side of the headphones that switches from noice canceling to normal mode so you can easily switch between modes without using an app.BASE: The base is great and editable through the app to suit your individual preferences.COMFORT: Since I use these every day for hours at a time I needed to invest in comfort. These have a soft padded head band that’s thin and stretches easily over larger heads. The ear cushion is made out of the same squishy soft material and comfortably fits over my ears. ( the material also smells really good, kinda like a faint cologne smell that’s not overpowering but just feels expensive and high quality.) About every 4 hours my head starts to hurt a little and I have to slightly adjust the headphone band to a different spot, but that’s a super simple fix that is still worth it for me.VOICE: The female voice of the headphones that says things like “power on” and “low battery” is a super soothing low octave that doesn’t startle me like other headphones usually do. You can tell that they put money and thought into developing that feature.VOICE AWARE FEATURE: If you are like me and you get frustrated when your headphones pause every time you make a noice you can turn off the voice aware feature with the app so that your headphones don’t pick up on you speaking and pause what you are listening to.TOUCH FEATURES: I thought that the touch features would be really annoying at first because I tend to forget about them and accidentally mess with what I’m listening to but they aren’t as sensitive as other headphones and it’s only on one side so I don’t do it on accident as often. The other side is buttons which is what I prefer.

La cancelación de ruido en un ambiente donde hay solo voces no funciona tan bien a menos que subas demasiado la música, lo cual yo no acostumbro. Excelentes audífonos para cualquier uso: en el avión, se percibe levemente el ruido de los motores, aísla perfectamente y al traer cable puede conectarse a los adaptadores en los aviones que no tienen Bluetooth. Puedes ver películas y videos disfrutando el audio a un volumen bajo sin necesidad de quedarte sordo por la necesidad de subir el volumen para entender lo que se habla en lo que ves.Los micrófonos son de lo mejor, ya sea en llamadas telefónicas o grabando audio en notas. Aíslan perfectamente el ruido ambiental de lo que dices y apenas es perceptible la cancelación de ruido.Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que las almohadillas fueran de un material suave. Después de un tiempo sientes calor aún estando en ambientes fríos. Por el resto, son absolutamente recomendables.

The sound and battery life are great. I love being connected to my laptop and phone at the same time, but sometimes it can act glitchy, such as when playing Spotify on my phone, I have to remember to go into the Headphones app and tell it to prioritize my phone over my laptop. There are other glitches I've had trouble figuring out, such as how to disable voice-activated conversation mode after it's turned itself on.The main issue I have is with comfort: The headband is basically a rounded plastic bar instead of a wide flat surface. It's padded, but if you're bald like me, the entire weight of the headphones is resting on a pencil-wide stripe across my scalp, which gets uncomfortable long before my workday is over.But the noise cancelling is SPOOKY good. I wouldn't hesitate to wear these on a 3–4 hour flight—with a baseball cap so they don't leave a dent across the top of my head.

it's apparently a common issue, only had the headphones a few months and now have to use them without the right ear because it has a constant buzzing, vibrating that's really annoying, seems to get worse with ANC on and with bass sounds. Really annoyed about this as they were good headphones before, I'd recommend getting a warranty. I've tried updating software, taking it apart, cleaning it, tightening screws - everything but nothing fixes it.
