Very easy to assemble and did not take very long. I would tell anyone interested to make sure you measure height for clearance if you intend to put it indoors. It is a great quality of materials. Fantastic deal for the price! Would absolutely purchase again and highly recommend to anyone looking for this piece of equipment.

The instruction manual has many typo's and lacked structure. One of the screws that was for the footplate didn't fit so I had to use a smaller one that was for the chair seat. The overall build took me 4 hours to finish due to the unclear instruction manual. Other than that the machine is a solid piece of equipment.

I wish everything could be labeled, only a few things were labeled. You need to specify which ball goes at the top and which one goes at the bottom. We did it the opposite way and had to undo a few steps. It works great, no problems or issues after setup.

I grabbed this because it was cheap, so I’ll be honest, I expected to have to deal with some issues.Like another review said, the center cable with the small ball stopper, is TOO SMALL! There is nothing stopping it from getting pulled into the machine assembly. I fixed this by adding a winch cable stopper behind it ($6 on Amazon).The next thing that is VERY dangerous is the carabiners. The product itself says that it can support 25kg or 55lbs on each side. I put 35lbs on each, and the carabiner that attached to the weighted assembly snapped, sending me on my back.I ordered 2in heavy duty carabiners that secured via screwing them down ($15 on Amazon). Those 2 things solved the issues, and in the end, it still ended up being cheaper.The product was very easy to assemble and came with all the necessary parts needed. It shipped quickly and arrived in good shape.I WOULD NOT recommend using this without fixing those two items I mentioned. Hopefully future iterations address the issues.

This machine was my favorite when I worked out at the gym! So thankful they sell this and isn’t to expensive! So many different workouts that I can do on one machine!!! Only thing is if you plan on lifting heavy plan on mounting this down! Once I did I’m unstoppable now!!!

Told them with the product the stopper ball is too small on the crunch machine. You put 75 or more pound on the lat machine the stopper ball will go through! Well with my the cable snapped and the ball went through, having me go flying to my garage floor , nobody around , I have a prosthetic leg , I had to call 911 to get me off the floor ! Had to use A to Z with Amazon to refund my money. The lat machine is useless, it went to the junk yard! But I kept tell them the problem for 3 weeks. They were going to give me a refund of $30 , so I can buy a new stopper ball and cable , instead of sending me a bigger stopper ball and cable ! Customer service is terrible and Soozier has poor quality of products. No quality control , just push out production , and no safety!!!
