I expected a down facing box, and received the opposite. I wanted to send it back but my son said just put it in. Measurements were not accurate with speaker depth, had to make 1/2” spacers to fit.

I am extremely impressed with the performance of this box.....i have a 2006 f150 supercrew I mounted 2 Rockford fosgate r2 dual 4ohm ultra shallow subs (with poly fill) with a fosgate 500x1bd amp @ 500x1 @ 1ohm....wow....the sound in my truck is incredible....it has been years since I have run subs and was always the standard size, i was worried that I wasn't going to get the same bass effect.....i was wrong....box does poke out a little but I dont sit back there😁 the seat does touch the speakers but it's just me and my daughter so no one sits back there often (looking in to the rear seat raising kit)All in all-great box....better that expected
