Pretty nice beginner’s set up. The danish dough mixer. Could have a slightly longer handle but works great. The starter jar is a little taller than I need but is overall nice. The plastic scraper and silicone spatula have gotten a ton of use. Overall great set for a gift or if you’re getting started in sourdough.

Got this for my daughter (college age) for Christmas along with the starter dough from a local vendor . She wanted to start making sourdough bread. She absolutely loves it! She has made some amazing loafs already and keeps getting better each try. I must say that I feel like I got this as a gift as well. It’s the gift that keeps on giving! More than likely going to buy another set soon so I can make my own. All pieces of this kit are top notch quality. Well worth the price. The flexible measuring mat is key. She has already made a cinnamon swirl sourdough loaf that is up there with the best bread I have ever had. 💯👍🏼

The must have go to for anyone that has dabbled and is ready to really get into it! I love my set didn’t need anything else, but I will most likely be buying more. Banaton baskets moving forward so I can make more at once!
