Southwire Romex Brand SIMpull NM-B (nonmetallic-sheathed) cable may be used for both exposed and concealed work in normally dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90°C (with ampacity limited to that for 60°C conductors) as specified in the 2011 National Electrical Code. NM-B cable is primarily used in residential wiring as branch circuits for outlets, switches, and other loads. NM-B cable may be run in air voids of masonry block or tile walls where such walls are not wet or damp locations. Voltage rating for NM-B cable is 600 volts.

Excellent and easy to work with. Used it to rewire bad wiring by previous owners. Worked great for the bathroom exhaust fan. I also used it for a new camera and light system in the garage.

I was a little skeptical buying wire online, but after researching this 12-3 wire and the Southwire store on Amazon I gave it a shot. Appears to be exactly what I could get at a big box store, but saved some money.

Perfect for my needs. Used it to upgrade my cloth line in our basement setup. This added a true neutral for potential smart device upgrade in the future. It contains a ground now as well. So it has Black, Red, White, and bare ground. It actually is really easy to pull. I used the neutral wire to hold onto the older cloth line and pull through. I did have to remove two staples that held the old wire in place by drilling a hole just above where it came into the wall and next to the switch box. I would say that it was easy, but repairs did take some time. I learned that I can just remove the box in the future and install a new one after the pull wherein I used 12/2 on several outlets that received the same treatment.Good wire, easy pull, and worked perfectly for my needs. The size of the wire is comparable to a 10/2 in size. (10 gauge 2 wire 1 ground.)
