Since I bought it, I haven’t gone out and water my gardens. It is waterproof designed, so I don’t have to worry about the leakage.

I found this to be a great quality timer for my hoses. It was easier to program than other timers I have had in the past. The fittings are tight and there was no leakage on either end. From the time I took it out of the box I had it up and running in 5 minutes. I am going to connect this timer to some soaker hoses, so now I won’t need to worry about watering the garden anymore.
