I got this for tennis elbow. It is made of hard plastic and bruised and pinched my arm when I got it tight enough to stay in place on my arm, and it was still not applying enough pressure to relieve the pain in the muscle. I would not recommend it.

This design beats the heck out of velcro straps that you'd have to completely un-fasten and then re-fasten to adjust. With the dial, I can instantly release tension when my arm is relaxed and tighten when I go back to activity that needs support! Even in the winter if it's under a layer you can still fine tune it.

Product is made of tough leather that irritates and cuts the skin. Sizing is too small but chart measurements.

Stays in place and reduces pain. The stiff band can cause the skin just outside to be pinched, only complaint.

I ordered this brace to help with my golfer’s elbow. I have been playing golf almost every weekend forlong hours per day. I kind of understand now why it’s called golfer’s elbow. Jokes aside, this is a veryinteresting brace. It looks well-made and high-tech. I’ve used it during one of my golf sessions and itamazed me how much it helped with the pain. I almost forgot I had any pain to begin with. I think thebest part is being able to adjust the tightness very specifically to my needs. Probably will reorder if Ineed another pair later.

I saw a comment that the sizing was off, I don't think that person was using it right. I measured my forearm and the chart said I needed a Large. That's what I ordered and it fit fine with lots of adjustment. BUT, I did take it off and then put it back on in the wrong configuration and it didn't adjust much. Makes me believe he wasn't setup correctly. It is stiff and restricts motion but helps with pain.

Sizing:I ordered based off the chart, and the brace that I received is the proper size.Fit:While this brace is the right size for me, no matter what tightness of fit I dial in, the brace eventually slides down toward the end of my workouts. This brace doesn't seem to do well on those who sweat quite a bit, like me.Quality:This brace is very well made, and the BOA righting system is very nice.Bottom line:I have no doubt this brace will work for many people, but it slips down too often for me to continue using it.3 stars
