You just need to:
1) Load your clothes into the protector
2) Close the heavy-duty zipper

I had problems with 2 bags with the zippers , I worked on them and was able to fix one of them. I haven’t had time to work on the other one. The compression worked after the zipper repair. I would have sent them back but but because of the time involved I didn’t
